Innovator, futurist and corporate creative strategist, pedagogue, instructional and experience designer, architect and founder of several social ventures, Guido Icardi is committed to the innovation of processes and environments for a more open and just global community.

As the creator of innovative systems in the field of education and lifelong learning, in the real world and virtual domains, he founded playarc, an interdisciplinary action learning leadership program, school21st, an international non-profit organization working on the teaching of the twenty-first century skills inside curriculums and learning environments, and he is currently holding the position of Principal at La Scuola Possibile and member of the Evaluation Committee at IAAD.

During his long professional career as a designer he has been bringing to life new original visions for the development of major firms in Italy and the US. 
 

This personal and professional journey led him to the acquisition of a unique expertise in the innovation and creativity-learning domains, and to the organization of The 10 Powers of Creativity for Innovation and Change, supporting his mission of pursuing a “creative personalized learning and happiness” for all.

Guido is currently developing and implementing a new pedagogy, an original educational system inside the Italian tradition and on the cutting edge of the American West Coast innovative environment, bringing together and to fruition twenty years of academic and professional experience in the field of education in the public and private sector in Italy, United Kingdom and the United States.
